Designed to be held. Made to be worn.

The making

Designed to be held. Made to be worn.

A piece begins with its shape in New York and takes form through Tibetan hands in Qinghai, on the Tibetan Plateau.

From design to finished piece.

People & places

From design to finished piece.

Tibetan craftspeople in Qinghai, on the Tibetan Plateau shape and work the raw materials. Finishing and packaging are completed in mainland China and Hong Kong.

Our jewelry designer’s experience includes projects for Dior and Chanel. At Bijala, that experience serves a collection with its own source and meaning.

Materials & details
