Shopping with Bijala

Products and pricing

Please refer to each product page for its materials, dimensions, availability and price. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Shipping and pre-orders

We currently ship to US addresses only. US shipping is free, and duties and import fees are covered. In-stock products dispatch within three business days and usually arrive within seven business days after dispatch.

The Mantra Bracelet is a pre-order expected to ship in early 2027. You may cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method. We will contact you if the estimated dispatch timing changes.

Returns, cancellations and warranty

Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. For in-stock products, contact us within 24 hours to request cancellation or a change before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.

Full return conditions, refund timing, shipping responsibilities and our two-year materials and workmanship warranty are explained in our Shipping, returns & care policy. These policies do not limit your statutory rights.
